Yes, absolutely. Hongmioo encourages you to request custom samples before committing to full production. We produce a sample based on your exact specifications so you can evaluate material quality, fit, and finish firsthand.
Custom Sample Process
Share Your Design
Send design files (AI, PDF, CAD), reference images, or a written spec covering material, color, dimensions, buckle style, stitching, and logo requirements.
Mold & Sample Creation
New buckle mold tooling takes 15–20 days. Sample production follows in 7–10 working days.
Review & Approve
We ship the sample for your approval. Once confirmed, we proceed to bulk production using the approved specifications.
Sample Fee Policy
- Standard catalog samples: Pay sample cost + shipping. We deduct sample fee from your first bulk order when order value exceeds $500.
- Custom design samples: Sample cost + one-time mold fee. No additional charge on reorders using same mold.
- Delivery: 7–15 days via DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT with door-to-door tracking.
Note: For simple modifications to existing Hongmioo catalog designs, we may produce a modified sample without mold fees. Contact us with your requirements.
