Custom Belt Projects: What to Include in an OEM Inquiry
An OEM belt inquiry is easier to review when it describes one proposed construction and a clear order breakdown. Hongmioo’s company was established in 2012, with belt-making experience dating to 1998. Use the current product collections as references for your project. State the intended use and model or reference, strap material, backing, width, size range and color. Explain how length is measured and identify any requested change to an existing specification. Include the buckle type, dimensions, finish and attachment, together with logo artwork, placement and labeling. Requested materials, finishes and application methods should be reviewed for the selected construction. List the quantity for each size and color, packaging, destination and target date. Use the selected product’s current quotation as the reference for its listed minimum quantity and unit; custom changes require a project quotation. Review measurements, appearance, buckle operation, artwork, labels and packaging. Record approved changes and retain the sample or specification for inspection. Any required tests, documents, schedule and after-sales terms should be agreed for the project before production.Describe the product
