Hongmioo Expands Custom Dog Collar and Pet Belt Production
Hongmioo has extended its OEM and ODM service to include dog collars and pet belts as standard products rather than one-off requests. The same materials that are used in the company belt lines are used for the pet range, which keeps quality consistent and simplifies material planning for buyers who order both.
The pet range covers leather collars, PU collars, webbing collars, matching leashes where required, and pet belts that follow the construction of a standard belt. Buckles, D-rings and adjusters are produced in the same metal finishes used for belt hardware, so a retail collection can be presented with a consistent look across belts and pet accessories.
Because the collar is a safety item, construction is checked at several points. Stitching is inspected for uniform density, D-rings and buckles are load checked, and edge finishing is verified so that no sharp edge remains. Each batch is inspected against the approved sample before packing.

The factory has manufactured belts since 1997 and operates a 100,000-belt-per-month capacity with more than 100 skilled workers. It is ISO 9001 certified, BSCI and SEDEX audited and VF compliant.
MOQ for custom pet collars starts at 50 pieces. Samples are ready in 10-15 days and bulk orders are delivered in about 35 days after sample approval. Buyers can send their artwork, a reference sample or reference images, and the in-house design team will return a quotation and a sampling plan.
