How can I track my order? - Order Tracking FAQ

How to Track Your Hongmioo Order

Once your custom belt order ships from our Hangzhou factory, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Tracking Process

  • Step 1: After shipment, our logistics team emails you the tracking number and carrier name (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or sea freight forwarder).
  • Step 2: Visit the carrier's official website and enter your tracking number.
  • Step 3: Estimated delivery dates and transit milestones appear on the tracking dashboard.
  • Step 4: If your tracking status has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact info@hongmioo.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

What You Can Track

  • Pickup confirmation from our warehouse
  • Customs clearance progress (export and import)
  • Estimated arrival at your destination port or door
  • Final delivery confirmation
