Each product page on hongmioo.com displays the current inventory status. If a product shows "In Stock — Ready to Ship," it is available from our warehouse inventory. If it shows an estimated lead time, the item is typically produced on a made-to-order basis for OEM/ODM orders. Because Hongmioo is a factory-direct manufacturer, many items are produced after an order is placed, which ensures you receive freshly manufactured products rather than aged stock.

In Stock — Ready to Ship
Product is in our warehouse. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Available for immediate reordering and sample requests.
Made to Order — Lead Time Shown
Product is produced after order placement. Typical lead times range from 15–35 days depending on quantity, material, and customisation requirements. The page will show our best estimate.
Custom / OEM Order
For belts with your brand's specifications, we require a confirmed order with specifications, artwork, and deposit. Production starts after approval. Lead time is quoted per project.

Some products on the site display no stock status because they are catalog reference items for custom production. Please contact us directly for current production slots and MOQ information.
