All incoming materials undergo chemical testing for compliance with international standards including REACH, ROHS, and Proposition 65. During production, inline inspectors check each belt at critical checkpoints covering dimensional accuracy, stitching integrity, buckle function, and surface finish. Before packaging, every finished belt receives a final inspection. This 100% inspection policy, rather than spot-checking, ensures consistent quality across every order regardless of size.
